Problem saving "image quality" and opening

Hi, I’m a new user. I’m in trial mode and I was checking out the image quality options.

Indeed, downloading a png or pdf works in the different quality options, but when I hit “save” in the editor and come back later to this diagram the quality has reset to 1x.

I don’t know whether it’s related, but when I click “open image” (from my profile, not in the editor) it appears as “Image size: small”, and I’m unable to change this…

Any help around these two related issues?

Hi, the image quality button is only related to the quality of the images and pdfs that you can generate and download. The preview images on the website are always standard quality.
