I’d like to be able to make the fretboard diagram look like an actual fretboard, as in have the width of frets gradually decrease as you go further up the neck. I find that when I’m using a large diagram (24 frets) for improv, it’s quite easy to lose my place due to the way the frets are spaced. When I’m looking down at (or feeling) my guitar, the 12th fret is almost 2/3rds of the way along the entire neck length, whereas when I’m looking at the diagram in front of me, the 12th fret is smack bang in the middle. It’s a little bit confusing. Guitar Pro’s fretboard viewer is scaled like a normal guitar neck and it’s much easier to read along with.
