Bug: Multiple Fretboards not Allowed

I’m trying to add an additional fretboard to my Basic Chords diagram, but I’m receiving the error message “Multiple fretboards are not allowed if you’re not logged in.”

I verified that I am logged into my account while editing the diagram, so the error message does not make sense. I also already have several fretboards on the diagram, so clearly it was possible up until this point.

Perhaps there is a limit on how many fretboards can be added to a diagram? I’m not sure what the true issue is.

Hi, thank you for bringing this to my attention.

Yes, there is a mistake. The error message being displayed is incorrect. Instead of informing you that you have reached the limit of 8 fretboards per document with a free account (or 24 fretboards with a membership), it is displaying a message intended for unlogged visitors. I will fix this issue as soon as possible.
